It happened on a Tuesday in 1985. A brownout hit aisle 7 of the Sunshine Plaza Electronics at 11:47 PM. When the lights came back on, 1985 machines were... awake. Not haunted. Not evil. Just switched ON, permanently, running on nothing but a nine-volt battery and pure vibe.
They call themselves the RETROPORTION — a ration of the past, handed out one pixel at a time. Some have eyes like glowing static (fully booted). Some have eyes like a crashed spreadsheet (glitched — don't worry, that's just their personality). All of them are stuck, happily, in 1985 forever.
1985 units. No sequel. No utility whitepaper. No promises beyond good vibes and a floppy disk full of good intentions.
